2023-2024 Watsonville Aptos Santa Cruz Adult Education (WASCAE) Registration Packet

All families enrolling for the 2023-24 school year must complete this registration packet for any adult who will be working in the classroom.  Note that a valid negative TB test, your child's immunization records, and a Livescan background check all must be submitted to WASCAE along with the completed packet.  Our Membership Coordinators will provide members with more instructions about the registration process during enrollment.
